Would it be possible to look at expanding the interests lists? The current list is OK but I feel like there could be more options.

I think it's ok as is IMO... maybe list further interest on your actual profile text?

It is a decent list and I do agree that 1 way around it would be to have it in the profile text however, that doesn't really help with regards to the search functionality.
