I cannot upload photos and videos

Hi!

Im trying n-time to upload a few photos but I am unable to see the 'upload' button.

I do not want to use the laptop. I am having a new phone actually.

What shall I do?

Is it kind of prevention on the site, eg settings to be changed?

Please help.

Its sorted out

New phone

and developer settings needed to be changed, then enable the optimisation
