Yorkshire region needs to exist

I find it baffling that the largest country in the country doesn't have it's own category on Fab.

It is forced to kind of straddle the North East and North West, which makes searching for anything incredibly difficult and frustrating.

Please add Yorkshire

I can't for the life of me understand why a Yorkshire region would make such a difference. If you got one you'd still complain.

The whole location element of the search function needs an overhaul!

The East Mids seems to consist of the entire of the East of England, Shropshire's in Wales and trying to meet someone nearby in London's seemingly a dark art...5 miles in London can be about 2 hours travelling sometimes!

Yeah definitely agree I had some tell me can't meet because in in east midlands was to far said I live in yorkshire but don't think she believed me.

As a Scotsman living in Cumbria, I've always considered Yorkshire a part of the midlands along with the rest of the whining southerners.

Yorkshire or Yorkshire & Humber 100% needs its own region.

It’s not in the North West of the country (but think the post codes on meets think it is?) - it’s offensive to be classed as being in the North West to Yorkshire folk.

Nearest fit seems to be ‘North East’, but for people in South and West Yorkshire this would be a complete nonsense (it is for me!) and everyone thinks of Newcastle, Sunderland, Darlington, Hartlepool etc as being the North East.

Every other website, system, company etc has Yorkshire as its own entity, it’s staggering that it isn’t on here.
