The opera browser includes a night mode that provides a black background and white text. There may be similar functionality in other browsers within their settings.

If your using android tablet, go upto top right corner, there are 3 horizontal lines there is the option there for dark mode.

Hope that helps some out

Not sure what the CSS is like but it is a media query to check client preference.
