using app i cant delet my profile

Can someone please advise I can’t delet my profile using app or using safari in my iPhone

You literally press “account” which is top middle and “delete account” is bottom right above log out.

When I hit the delete after typing I understand etc nothing happens on my phone e and account is obviously still here can an admin help ?
