FabSwingers.com forum: Admin Should Acknowledge All Suggestions

Why are there suggestion boards on this site if Admin don't acknowledge all suggestions made - even if it is to politely dismiss them.

I started a thread on Chatroom Feedback and even though the suggestion has been supported by 3 Mods and other chatroom users, no comment has been made from Admin.

I email Admin asking for acknowledgement of the posting and suggestion by leaving a comment, I get a polite "standard thank you" message back and yet still no comment on the suggestion.

This therefore undermines the total credability of having "suggestions boards" if you dont read and acknowledge all suggestions

We read every single suggestion made whether on boards or private contact

We don't always put our view on the suggestion because to respond with a considered critique takes a lot of time (that we don't always have) and a simple like/hate would likely be unsatisfactory for the op

So it would be wrong for anyone to expect an acknowledgement from "Admin" when they have taken the time and effort to make a suggestion with a hope to improve the site - not even a "Thank you - your suggestion has been noted" ???

The forum mods are all volunteers.

Mistakes and mistjudgements occasionally do happen. We do ask that forum ban complaints are directed to us via the CONATCT link.

If you contact us about a forum timeout we will look into it. If you don't hear back from us you can assume we think the timeout is fair .

If you treat the forums as a bit of fun, you won't go far wrong and you're really unlikely to have any problems.

Closing this now, any specific mod issues feel free to contact us directly.

next we'll have threads moaning why peeps only reply with a "Thanks but no thanks" to a one line message and not a 1,000 word essay on why the sender is not suitable playmate??

If they don't respond to it, just assume that they ain't interested.

Seems to be a simple enough concept to grasp .....
