Thoughts on an option to hide members from your'updates' feed.

All too often I look at the updates and it is the same people filling the feed, or some photos that I personally find untastful.

I know blocking them will do the same thing but there is no reason to block them, so a hide from feed button would be great.

I think that would be a great idea, as you said blocking does the same thing but i like to keep the blocking for people i don't want to speak to ever again x

This would be awesome ...A bit like the Facebook unfollow but remain friends type of thing...

Also feel it's a bit harsh just blocking someone that easy

Can't you just remove them from your 'Friends' list - then you won't see their updates?

It doesn't just update your friends - it's all those in your catchment area, so to speak.

I also think it'd be a good idea! Each to their own but I'd rather not have to scroll through all those updates from people whose pictures or status updates I don't want to see.

A workaround solution is to not look at your feed.

I never do and that works for me.
