I know this has been suggested before and not acted upon, but no harm doing so again.

I would like blocking someone to... you know, actually block them?

You hit block and they're gone. Can't contact each other, can't see each other's profiles, and – here's the change – cannot see each other's forum posts either.

This functionality exists on many other forums I've used over the years.

The traditional objection to this is that some of the threads would then make less sense than they already do. I honestly don't care. Block should mean block.
