I see I thought it could be due to not being photo verified have just tried to and it won't let me even do that great pic's by the way (had to have a look)

This looks to be a bug in the latest version of chrome on android if you use another browser as a workaround e.g. firefox or opera it should be OK

I just tried to upload some new pics and had an odd rejection notice, no idea why as the pics follow the rules!?

If you leave the pic as rejected in your gallery and ask Admin to review for you from the contact link they will sort for you if it was wrongly rejected
