When I look at a friends profile - it indicates when I last sent or received mail. It would be nice to be able to click on that and go direct to the messages to/from that person.

It's a real pain to search the list of mails - especially when on a mobile device.

Hope this hasn't been mentioned to death - but I couldn't find anything (maybe my search criteria wasn't up to scratch).

Personally, I try to keep the latest message as it has the whole conversation attached. But even so, it can be a pain to trawl backwards and assumes my housekeeping is done regularly.

This is the crux of the matter.

Although we keep a track of when you last mailed someone or they mailed you (for display on this page as well as allowing the filters and other aspects to work correctly), we may not have the actual mail on your inbox.

In that respect is it possible (for site supporters at least) to be able to move read messages into an archive folder?

We know you can move them to saved but this need to be done one by one, is it possible to select all and then move to folder?

Least then the OP's idea can be implemented.

It's a pain having in inbox full of read messages (and then moving them 1 by 1) - some of us do like a tidy box!
