Edit function?

Would it be possible to get some sort of edit function to correct any mistakes made in a post?

Seems to be quite a normal thing on forums that seems missing here

We do get a bit of time to edit posts.

If there's an option to edit after that time, it's open to abuse.

Someone says something offensive, insults someone, gets a rise out of it, then deletes the post, looking all innocent.

Leave it as it is.

I believe this is the reason why we don't have an edit function but do have the preview, to check before posting.
