Problem with age range in search

Is anyone else getting this problem? I have a saved search that has as it's criteria the option to only return profiles who are looking for people i my age range. It seems increasingly that this gets ignored when I run the search and it returns profiles outside that range. It's random, so sometimes it runs fine but then it'll fail, and if you try running again for the next 10 minutes or so it seems to just always return the same cached results.
