Could admins stop allowing all these made up places ie , somewhere near you , my mother's womb , fuckville, all places that don't show up on any map , it's really so annoying .

That is true. However, people usually get in touch in the first place with a view to possibly meeting, so if you live at the other end of the country that is probably not going to happen no matter how interesting or sexy you are. Also we would guess you would not show up on any local searches so presumably people who do this are not really interested in meeting other people. In our experience, those that are interested in meeting but are concerned that they may be recognised locally often chose a location near but not actually where they live rather than a fictional one.

Isn't the search done by post code rather than place name?
