Videos won't load

Hello, I'm using an iPad to access the site through safari, and sometimes also use a Samsung tablet with chrome, but the videos won't load... I mean I can't watch any videos... Any ideas why? I've updated anything I can (iPad is only, and can't go past 9.something. But videos from other sites load no problem

Everything works with chrome. Have you tried clearing cache etc?

Hi, we have similar experience but some user's videos play then others just have a small square and date, nothing plays.

If your using iPad try a soft reset it worked for us
