Unread message - but I can't find it?!

I have 1 Unread message in my mailbox. I've switched from old to new mailbox, and back again. I've deleted some old messages (I do not want to delete ALL my messages) but I STILL have 1 unread message. So annoying.

Anyone know a fix?

We had the same a few weeks ago, I couldn't seem to find it or get rid of it so I messaged admin and asked them to look into it. It disappeared after a while so I'm assuming that they cleared it.

I had the same thing a while ago, try switching back to the old mailbox, you may find it that way. X
