If I send a message, and then delete it before it's read, will they still get it?

Yes they will. Once you have sent it you have no further control over it.

You can delete it from your sent messages but it will still be in their inbox.

It’s only deleted on your end I believe. Think you’ll be safe to assume that they’ll still get the message
