We've had a number of reports from the 21st August ongoing that some vodafone users are unable to access Fab and / or view images if they are able to get on.

It seems likely that vodafone have activated "vodafone secure net" either accidentally or on purpose, or that they have some other technical issue with this. Fab users have reported success in fixing this issue by turning vodafone secure net off or asking vodafone to remove all adult blocks. You will usually need to turn your phone off then on again 15 minutes after the block is removed.

Also check your standard age blocks on your vodafone account.

CHECK THAT this is off and that adult blocks are removed. You may need to contact vodafone directly to assist.

Much as we would love to wave our magic Fab wand and make this right, it is in this instance outside our control.

Using wifi connection or any other mobile network other than vodafone will also fix the problem.
