Lack of consistency in pics

It seems to be pot luck with pics. I uploaded a pic and was declined because of the porn on the tv showed a face but I am constantly seeing new pics with just women on men's profiles. Why is this happening? Can we have the same rules for all and not just some.

They are the same rules

As always thousands of pics are uploaded every day so some may get through by mistake, if you help the site by reporting those pics someone will sort it
