What is the purpose of choosing your maritial status in your Account Details? It's not shown anywhere in the profile.

yeah it does on all profiles.. here is ours

Couple (MF) in Bolton area , North West, UK if you click on your profile it will tell you rite at the top of your profile

Suspect that when we took over the site in 2008 we simply forgot to add to the profile page. If we did it now after not showing it for 4+ years it would probably spook everyone out so we've no plans to show it.

How about not showing it but allowing it as a search filter option, that way the married women could search for married men and vice versea
