Would be nice if you click on a profile you've already messaged if you could then click the envelope (next to saying how long ago you messaged them) and it jumps straight to that chat.

I agree that would be great - if older messages are kept. I often find that older messages just aren't visible.

We've had a few lately where they are still on our inbox, just had to trawl through to find them. I guess we could be better housekeepers of our inbox too, but this link to messages would make it a lot easier!

If you look on profile of theperson then it shows when last messaged on there profile if that helps

Yes this is exactly where I mean. Would be useful if that little bit of info was a link to the message.

But surely a combination of keeping Private Notes plus Saving messages you receive should allow you to keep up to date.

That's what I do.

That's what I do."

We don't want to make notes on whole conversations with others. Our notes are there to tell us about the exceptional or one's we want to avoid.
