Will there be a different catagory for verifications for social distancing meets at any point?

The cam meet option is just being used willy nilly and there's no proof to back up they actually cammed, so fake verifictions are rife at the moment (this could be said about any veris)

Personally, we won't be meeting just yet, but we will eventually. We prefer veris from actual meets socially, face to face with people, but obviously things are very different now in this respect.

Some clubs are opening and carrying out social distancing, so does this constitute the old 'meeting in person' being bought back in?

What other options could users have if not?

Would an update like:

Social Distance Meet

Social Meet For Drinks

Sexual Meet

Etc etc be viable? Using a similar format like the tick boxes already used for verifications and photos.

The verification is to verify they are who they say they are via physical meet (unless you cam of course). What difference do the circumstances of the physical meet make? If you've met someone for drinks, does that person become a different person when you meet him/her for sex?

Wonder how fab will proceed back. Scotland, England, Wales, N. Ireland and Ireland will all open up differently at different times. Will they wait till everyone is open to meet people before they open veris again?

yes I think they should open up the verifications link on fab. We are all adults and understand the situation out there. we don't need to be told what to do through this world wide situation.

As was already the case, in terms of seeing friends and family, you can:

meet in groups of up to two households (anyone in your support bubble counts as one household) in any location - public or private, indoors or outdoors. You do not always have to meet with the same household - you can meet with different households at different times.

That is the current government guidance.

They are thinking of peoples safety and obeying with Government Guidelines. Obviously people still need to be told as people are still meeting up when they aren't supposed to be

Not for a while I'd say from the response.

Many are meeting up but just simply using fabs Webcam veri option. Keeps them in fab community good books and filling their needs at the same time. Anyone who genuinely respects the social distancing will do it irrespective of whether fab or anyone puts some restraints in place.
