Are Moderators chosen by Admin or is it a volunteer position.

Admin do request mods when they need them

Are you asking about forum, cam/chat or image/picture mods?

Do Admin see someone who they think will be a good Mod (in their opinion) or do they ask for volunteers without checking them out.

But Mods can volunteer, put their name forward. There was a call out for Image Mods a few weeks ago. Or Admin will ask someone they think will fit the position.

But if we mess up, can't take instruction then we are removed as Mods.
