If previously had contact with someone outside of your filters before they was applied then they can still contact you. Might sound obvious but make sure the age range filter is ticked

I have been experiencing this for a while and have contacted the site owners on a few occasions, Nothing has been done so you'll have to keep deleting unfortunately Xx
