Somewhere Only We Know

Is there a possibility to have some kind of counter to see how many times a forum post has been read, similar to the counter for how many replies a post has had? Or maybe a like/fab style button to click for post you like? Or maybe a possible bookmark.

It would help keep abreast of the popular posts for reading etc etc.
