As of Monday 1st June the UK government has updated their guidelines on meeting others. If you are arranging/seeking outdoor social meets that fall within the social distancing guidelines of keeping 2m apart these are now likely to be OK. Check the government guidelines for detailed advice on this.

www.gov.uk/coronavirus UK government advice (if you're not in UK please check your local advice)

Looking for intimate meets falls outside the guidance so will remain a breach of Fab terms of conditions. If you are following the government advice, you will not be in breach of Fab terms and conditions. This will continue to be the case as the government updates their advice. We do not plan to re-open the various meets/clubs sections of the site until government advice is that intimate/close contact meets with strangers are within the guidelines.

Coronavirus has not gone away. All governments advise to stay alert and minimise contact with others. The best way to do this is staying home.

You need to check the relevant guidelines for your locality/government. The UK ones are linked below:

Here are some relevant quotes taken direct from the page:

QUOTES START

From Monday 1 June, there are a limited number of things you will be able to do in England that you could not do before:

spend time outdoors, including private gardens and other outdoor spaces, in groups of up to six people from different households, following social distancing guidelines

You cannot:

visit friends and family inside their homes

stay overnight away from your own home

stay overnight away from your own home, except for in a limited set of circumstances, such as for work purposes

You should continue to stay alert and limit your contact with others. Staying at home is the easiest way to do this.

However, from Monday 1 June, you can spend time outdoors and meet in groups of up to six. You should stay alert and always practise social distancing with people from outside of your household keeping 2 metres apart.

It is a criminal offence to:

incite others to commit one of the above offences by e.g. inviting people to a party

QUOTES END

Just a quick update on this.

If you are following the local Covid-19 guidance in your country/locality (as some rules are very location specific), as per our post above, that is OK.

This continues to be the case as governments update their guidelines. If you are choosing to meet in a way that follows the guidance at that time, there is no problem.
