Why is it, when browsing photos,if you click next, you see many of the previous page repeated again?

You mean in new pics?

That is because more pics have been accepted by the Mods and been loaded on page 1, images that were on P1 are shifted onto P2 and so on down the line.

Or that person has mistakenly uploaded the same pic a few times.

It's the same with.browsing profiles, when you click return, different people on the online list. Frustrating..
