This is displayed constantly and when I look at my messages there aren't any there. Ive gone through them all just incase. Any suggestions how to remove it?

It's possibly a message that has been pushed off the first page by other messages.

I know I've clicked 'delete and go to next unread', previously to find a message. If you delete some messages, any that are not showing should move back up

Could be something in your browser cache if on a pc

Go to where you type in the url and press Ctrl-f5

This will delete cookies etc and direct you to log on to fab again

It's more likely you have the new grouped mailbox turned on.

Turn that off,go through unread messages and that should sort it
