Photo verification issues

User202 and I are trying to set up a couples profile. We’ve been on here for ages and both photo verified and have normal veri’s too.

We’ve set up a couples profile but we can’t use it until the photo gets verified. We tried last night with a pic of us on video call together (we don’t live together so can’t take a photo physically next to each other due to lockdown!) but heard nothing back. We’ve tried again this morning - I uploaded 3 pics in one - one of each of us holding the sign separately, then a normal photo of us together from before lockdown, but still nothing.

Do we get notification if the photo isn’t accepted, are they just taking longer than usual, or are new profiles not being accepted at the moment?

Try uploading separate pv pictures with the couples profile name and ask admin to review via contact button explaining the situation.

Thanks, I’ve just tried that from my profile as the couples one won’t let us do anything at all - even contact admin until we’re photo verified.

You still need to upload the pv pictures via couples profile.

What about both of you taking an individual picture of yourselves whilst both holding up your pieces of paper with your fab names and fabswingers.com with your hands showing, then try to make it as one picture, a bit like you would a collage? You should still be able to contact admin from the link at the bottom of the home page, they will take up to 48 hrs to get back to you though. Possibly a bit longer if they are very busy.

Except for the 48hr bit, that is for reports, using the Contact button is considerably less time.

Admin got back in touch via this account and it’s sorted now I couldn’t contact admin from the new profile but had submitted the pics that way. Did it via a collage in the end!

For info in case someone needs this answering, you can still contact Admin through the contact button even as a non registered user if needed
