I'm just wondering..... How easy would it be to expand this site a little so that you can appear online to friends only, or accept messages from friends only, or have some sort of separate friend space, cos it drives me nuts that sometimes I have to wade through messages from New contacts to get to the ones I probably do want to speak to.... Just a thought....

That would work, admin. user has the choice of who and how mail is accepted and if they then wish to look for new meets, shift filters back to allow mail from single males/females/couples, anyone really.

I thought you could effectively do this anyway by limiting who can send you mail by the existing filters - which doesnt block people who have already exchanged message with

You can but most users aren't as sophisticated as you and wouldn't figure it out
