Well, not quite ... but it is almost time for the Christmas edition of Milf Monday & the very last one before 2020!!

I’m expecting big things for this one guys ... Santas, elves, snowmen, reindeer, talking trees, giant crackers ... let’s get the festive fun & filth off to a proper start!!

So, get your name on the naughty list, and get ready for all the usual cracker-pulling, sack-emptying, stocking-filling Christmas craziness that you could only get at Milf Monday!!

If you’re planning on joining us for this event, please comment below in this forum and we'll be sure to add you on to our guest list. Please be aware that this event is GUEST LIST ONLY!

Entry fees - it’s a tenner for the guys, but our lovely ladies will get a festive FREE ENTRY!

Feel free to post in the thread, make some friends and get yourselves all excited before the party starts!!

‘The Small Print’

The club can be found at 9 Union St, Birkenhead, CH42 3TL.

This is a daytime event for ladies and couples who want to meet single guys. Some of our girls are greedy too, so we aim for a 3:1 ratio of guys to girls at their request.

Doors open at 10:30 and closing time is 15:30. Last entry is 1pm

We cap numbers at 100 to make it pleasant and comfortable for our guests, therefore this is a strict GUESTLIST ONLY party. Please only place your name on the list if you can definitely make it as places are in demand; we have a 3 strike rule for people who continuously waste places.

Please be aware that we have a strict ‘smart/casual’ dress code - no hoodies, sportswear or trainers are allowed!

NON MEMBERS/NEWBIES - You are MORE than welcome at the club and I'll be happy to give you a tour of the place and answer any questions you may have on the day. Please try to arrive before 11.30 for your first visit, so we can show you around before it gets busy!!

You will need to bring some photo ID with you AND something with your address on. NO ID = NO ENTRY! Driving licence is the gold standard for ID, but a passport & utility bill is also acceptable. Townhouse members, just bring along your membership card.

You will need a £10 deposit for your locker key/bar tab which is offset against your bar bill. Townhouse has a very cheap licensed bar to keep you refreshed throughout the day, so please leave your own drinks at home. Towels are available for £1 - or you can bring your own

PLEASE DO NOT PARK in Bookers car park or the car parks of other local businesses. Parking enforcements are operating in the area so please be aware of this. There is plenty of on-street parking in and around Union Street, HOWEVER please ensure you are considerate towards our neighbours & don’t park in front of people’s houses or somewhere you are blocking driveways or even the road!!

Ok I think the list is going to close now as we are literally busting at the seams!!

I need you all to read this please.....

We are going to be rammed tomorrow, so if you can share lockers, please do so. If you can do without a locker, then let me know on arrival and I will just give you a bar tab number. Basically, if you want a locker and a parking space near to the club, arrive EARLY! I cannot guarantee a locker if you arrive after midday, so you may have to wait for a locker. We have 93 lockers but these will go!

There will be a queue to get in, so to avoid you standing out in the cold for long, please have your full ID out and ready along with your entrance fee so I can book you in quickly.

I would also add to this - NEWBIES NEED TO ARRIVE BEFORE 11.30!!

Doing tours when the club is so busy is nigh on impossible, so please ensure you are at the club early enough for a tour before the club gets rammed!!

Well, you lot were certainly jingling your bells, emptying your sacks & getting your festive freak on today!!

We had a Milf Monday record 110 guests today ... and you were all busy in the playrooms and down in the bar too! We have had some amazing events this year & this was a great way to round off the year with a proper bang!!

It was a great event, our first visit to townhouse and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was very respectful to each other and all the staff worked so hard to ensure everyone including ourselves was happy so thank you so much and we shall look out for future events we like the sound of.
