Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Most wear a dress, some people get changed around midnight into something skimpier. Maybe stick something in your bag and if you're feeling more daring you can get changed later on.

As for the club itself, nothing to be nervous about. VA is the one the friendliest clubs in the country, there's a reason we do a 180 mile round trip instead of visiting clubs closer to home. Just talk to people, everyone is there for the same reason.
