Looks like everyone is planning early this year. Half our rooms already booked and a good list of pre-paid tickets sold. So, better get a posting up!

New Years Eve Party at Xtasia. Open to all members, 8pm through to 3am. Strict smart dress code please, think suits, tux, ball gowns, cocktail dresses. Champagne Reception, Chocolate Fountain, Confetti Cannons at midnight, traditional Auld Lang Syne and associated great music for the evening.

Join us, and the hundreds of NYE regulars as we see in 2019 and see out 2018. Great fun night with friends, old and new.

Couples £40

Males £50

Ladies £20

Selling advanced tickets on the club telephone number for fast track entry. Also available on the door as always. Memberships also available on the door with ID for couples and ladies, guys must have applied in advance please through our web site and been approved. If you can't make this night due to family commitments, we also run a New Years Eve, Eve the night before!!

No guest list as such, but if you wish to add your names below it gives others an indication of your attendance.

Wasn't going to, mainly because for so many NYE at Xtasia is just naturally part of the equation, and they never add names to lists on here, they just turn up. We end up with a list on here that doesn't do the massive night justice. Was just running this as a list of those who wished to add their names.

I had that problem last year so booked Premier Inn early this year.

I managed to get a room at Travelodge West Bromwich last year, only a 5 minute taxi ride away. There is also Park Inn hotel 5 mins in a taxi too.

Whatever event is listed this night, we’d like to make you aware we are also collecting for Acorns Hospice in Walsall. Last year we collected and then donated £1,200 and 6 large sacks of presents to them, to assist in their provision of vital care for life limited and life threatened children and support for their families.

In the last year, they have cared for over 870 children and supported more than 1,140 families, including those who are bereaved across Birmingham and the West Midlands, including Coventry & Warwickshire, Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire regions.

This year, throughout December, we’ll have collection cans at reception and on the bar for loose change and donations, and be asking you to bring along an un-wrapped toy for a child, which will be placed under our Christmas tree, and then taken to Acorns in the New Year. Hopefully, we’ll beat last years totals easily.

I would you would be fine I’m getting in Xtasia, I think it holds about 500 but I’m sure Xtasia will confirm to you, it’s just if you wanted accomodation that maybe a problem but there are a few hotels a short taxi ride if booked up at Xtasia & next door

No, and I doubt we'll reach capacity, although it would be an amazing night if we did. Couples are around 95% of the makeup for the night, very few single guys can ever get out on NYE for some reason

We are no longer able to travel up as Mrs FF has been called in to the office (The NHS never sleeps)!!
