Event on the Yorkshire Coast

Hi my fellow kinky folks

A few of us are fed up that the Yorkshire coast doesn't have any fetish themed venues or events, so we're considering putting something together. The biggest and first hurdle is the venue - does anyone know of anywhere along the Yorkshire Coast e.g. Scarborough, Whitby, Filey etc which would be a good option? Or does anyone have a large house who would be willing to host an event?

It will be open of course to swingers but will be a fetish BDSM themed event
