The last thread got too big! Although the event has now started, we can still take some ladies and couples. You can also comment here with feedback on your day!

So our fabulous hometown will be hosting the Grand National the week of this month's Milf Monday so we will be celebrating all the females with "The ladies day one!"

MILF Monday 3rd April. Starters orders at 10.30am and crossing the finishing line at 3.30pm

This is an event for ladies and couples who want to meet single guys; some of our girls are greedy too, so we aim for a 3:1 guy/girl ratio at their request.

£10 per single guy

£5 per couple

Ladies free

For couples to qualify for the £5 entry, you will need a Townhouse Couples membership or an established, verified couples profile on fabswingers

You will need a £10 deposit for your locker key/bar tab which is offset against your bar bill. Townhouse has a very cheap licensed bar to keep you refreshed throughout the day, so please leave your own drinks at home. Towels are available or you can bring your own

Non members are very welcome, you just need to bring ID with you, i.e a driving licence; members bring along your membership card

This is a VERY busy event and is now one of the most popular daytime events in the North with people travelling from all corners of the UK to join us; word has obviously spread! We cap numbers at 100 to make it pleasant and comfortable for our guests, therefore this is a strict GUESTLIST ONLY party. Please only place your name on the list if you can definitely make it as places are in demand; we have a 3 strikes rule for people who continuously waste places.

As for parking, there’s tons of free parking just across the road off the A41 on the Turbine Business Park and surrounding areas; please don’t park in Bookers Car park or on Union Street…ta

This is a day of filthy fun suitable for newbies as well as seasoned players!! So come along and join us for what is always a fabulous event.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended today! Despite some of the schools being off, we still welcomed 71 people in and achieved our 3:1 ratio.

Lots of sexy people, lots of filth, lots of happy (flushed) faces on the way out and lots of soggy sheets! hahaha

Great to welcome so many new faces, Milf Monday veterans and also our friends from Cupids.

Our next event is on Monday 8th May; a week later than normal due to the bank holiday and we will be introducing our new host!! She will be listing the next event later on, so please do make her feel welcome and show her your support
