Birmingham Fab Charity Social

After the success of last years charity social i have decided to organise a another one and this will be an annual charity social and will be held in Birmingham on the 27th May doors will be open at 6:45pm and i have secured an extended bar at the venue until 12:30AM we needed that extra hour last year we have it this year whoooooopppppppp

There was no theme last year but this year the theme is fancy dress any fancy dress but remember this will be held in a vanilla club .........of course it isn’t compulsory but there will be a prize for both male and female best dressed .......................decided by the bar staff

there will be a DJ , raffle , a kissing booth , fun and games and we also have some surprises hopefully up our sleeve for this one and of course the people auction

please contact me if you have any raffle prizes you would like to donate all donations greatly appreciated

the venue address will be sent out a week before the event after confirmation messages

A little bit about the charity .........

Established in 1988, Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is a registered charity offering a network of care for life limited and life threatened children and young people, and their families, across the heart of England. These children and young people are not expected to reach adulthood and require specialist care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the last year Acorns has supported over 760 children and more than 980 families, including those who are bereaved.

Acorns is the only organisation that provides this level of care to these vulnerable youngsters whilst offering a range of support services to the whole family to help them cope at every stage of their child's life and beyond into bereavement.

Entrance will be £15.00 per couple paid on the door

Entrance for single males is £10.00 paid on the door

Entrance for single Females £10.00 paid on the door

all winning bids for the auction must be paid on the just giving page internet access will be provided ...so bring your bank card

so get your hotels booked up so you can play after ...................................

The just giving page is www.justgiving.com/FAB-acornsare-FAB anyone that isnt able to make it on the night please feel free to make a donation or any additional donations

Any donations made on the just giving page will go directy to the charity but will be added into the total quoted and raised on the night ........ I will try my best to count up on the night so everyone knows the total before we leave .
