In deference to Sally’s family, Dee awaited Sally’s family’s announcements as regards Sally’s funeral.

Sally will be passing The GateHouse (Cawdor Street, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7LX) on the way to the cemetery. The GateHouse will be open from 1:30 pm on Monday 14th March 2016 for those who would like to salute Sally as she does so. The GateHouse will then close as we all attend Sally’s funeral.

Dee would then like to invite one and all to an open house gathering at The GateHouse after Sally’s funeral on Monday 14th March 2016. There will be buffet laid on. It would have been Sally’s birthday that day, birthdays of which Dee has spent so many happy ones with Sally over the last seven years. Dee, and so many of Sally’s friends from near and far, who wish to come, will be able to comfort each other in sadness, such sadness, and yet joy of having known Sally. For Dee it will truly be an honour to have this gathering in the place she knows, we all know, Sally loved so much.

For Sally, there is going to be a further celebration of her life from 2pm on Sunday 20th March 2016 at The GateHouse. A Sally’s Swinging Sunday, for and all about Sally, just as Sally wanted.
