I have bought some heel thingys that go over your heel and stop you from sinking into the grass. Alternatively wedges are good or sparkly flats/sandals xx

Hey!

As per the Swingfields website and their emails to ticket holders, details will be released 48 hours before the event. But there is lots of helpful info already on the forum posts on here, of which, there are lots! Amongst which is the confirmation that there is a casino night on the Friday, but formal dress is not a stipulation for entering the casino. Some people seem to be getting into the spirit and dressing up, with a twist, others are not.

On a far more somber note - I've just heard the announcement on the news that there'll be a minute's silence on Friday at noon to commemorate the Tunisian massacre! Not sure how it would be done - but I think it would be good if everyone got together in the main arena to do this as a sign of respect? Xx

I've dug out my two power banks and got them on charge now!

And I'm going retro with music - I'm bringing a portable cd player and speakers and a big pack of batteries! It does mean that I'll have plenty of spare batteries for anything else I have that might need them...

We would also like to add that Swingfields was amazing... We would like to personaly thank townhouse for sponsoring Swingfields what a great job they done with all us townhouse tarts lol.. Also the staff were great so friendly even though some were not swingers they still treated us the same.. So thank you also we would like to thank the security team they have done amazingly to keep us swingers safe.. They also were really nice to talk to. Specialy the blonde hehe. She was hot.. So yeah many thanks for everything you guys done for us. P.s foam party next year?? Bring tourches haha brilliant. Anyway I'm away to practise my lap dancing skills I learned hehe. Some info which may be useful to those of you who, like me, might be quizzed by suspicious friends and family who saw the news, knew you were going to 'a music festival in Gloucestershire' and are now putting two and two together!

There WAS a music festival in Gloucestershire which went from Friday to Sunday (thank God!!). It was called something like festival in the barns!

Now my oldest daughter can't decide whether I'm a swinger - or have dodgy taste in music! - it was a folk festival!!

The barn on the farm festival is run by our friends (not lifestylers!!) and its in gloucester on outskirts for 1500-2000 people, bands, food, entertainment , ....,,
