Gin & Swing @ Townhouse 13th June - International Gin Day!! :-)

A lot of our regulars have already sampled the Townhouse 'oriGIN Bar' and so far we have 17 exquisite gins on offer as well as our huge selection of other drinks.

13th June is International Gin Day and there is a gin festival in Liverpool on this day (which are attending) and we thought it would be good to carry on the festivities at Townhouse!

So we will be offering our usual 17 gins as well as a selection of guest gin for you to try.

This event is not just for juniper junkies but also for the gin novices as there is a gin for every taste. We serve our gin with the Rolls Royce of tonic, Fever Tree Tonic or we can suggest other variations if tonic is not to your liking. We have a selection of garnishes to go with your gin from the usual lemon and lime, to rosemary, cucumber, apple and juniper berries. Our 'Treasury of Tipples' gin menu tells you more about each gin and what it is best served with.

As we still have a BYOB policy, you are more than welcome to bring your own gin to share your love for juniper juice!

It is of course our usual Saturday night swinging event, so you can go from sharing your love of gin to well...sharing the love!! lol

If you are not a fan of gin (really??!) then of course you are still more than welcome to join us.

I just LOVE the oriGIN bar! This is a perfect event for me, but I was going to attend the Swinging Singles night on the Friday! I can't do both so what to dooooo????

You run too many great events; it's hard to choose which one to attend!

I didn't realise that there was a festival in Liverpool on the saturday, so I may try and make a weekend of it! Just need to get my work sorted out so I can do it all!

Thanks to everyone who came last night!!!!!!! It was an absolute blast and it is safe to say that the favourite gin of the night was 'Death's Door', which tastes a lot better than it sounds! lol

Lots of fun and filth and some fantastic banter around the bar later on!

Good old fashioned Swinging next saturday; no gimic, no theme, just filth.

27th June is my 40th Party which is going to be mad, so be early!
