The site is arranged in an even more stunning location , the tickets are now on sale . Me and the hubby are really considering going to swingfields for the first time this year and wanting to know peoples views as to whether buying a 1 day pass we would get the whole atmosphere etc out of just being there 24hrs not sure if we could do 3 days for our first time xxxx

Bloody good question. Last year, some of the people who had a 24 hr ticket, decided to upgrade after they had been there a couple of hours! 3 days is not that long really, the problem is with so much happening during the daytime and evenings, you WILL miss something if you dont go for the full 3 days. If you are still unsure, book the weekend ticket, Fri-Sun. Try the Hot Dogs

Will there be any facilities to charge mobile phones etc. We know some festivals have mobile charging vans on site that you can pay & charge.

Or do we need to bring a generator?

Simply ask the guys who went last year to see if its good value ? This cost is relative .... Expensive compared to a night at home ? Or cheap compared to glastonbury ? Whatever price its set at is based on what individuals think is good value ? When you consider its the biggest lifestyle event in the UK, has just won the best lifestyle event in EUROPE, has dancers, internationally acclaimed DJ"s, luxurious toilets and showers, workshops , bars and food at great prices, entertainment programme, live bands, charity prgramme (new this year) themed zones , and so many other aspects that keep evolving each year i guess the "value" is what you make it ......?

I was wondering if it might prove popular to widen the scope of the wristbands providing different colours for a few extra activities that could be worn depending what the wearer was seeking.

A veriation of keys in a bowl; how about a bowl where men put their token and ladies could pick however many they wanted to join them in their tent later?

Why not do something different, print your name on an over large t-shirt or a t-towel and put that up on a pole?? That would be cheaper then a 'flag' from the sounds of it and different as well!!!

Either get a tent pole or fishing rod of eBay cheap for the pole!!!! Xx

It really is what you are most comfortable in! Some people spice it up in the day as well as the night and if the weather is good then they wear not a lot at all x
