Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'll be turning fifty in April so I'm inviting you to join me on 9th May to celebrate before it all sags, cracks and crumbles.

Jaydees have kindly agreed to host this shindig on 9th May.

Now that I have tried on a frock the THEME IS 1950s. You can be a glamorous Grace Kelly, Elvis, Rockabilly, slinky pencil skirts or even twin set and pearls.

I'm giving early notice so that you can get your ducks in a row (the typo on that might also be true) and book a room at the local hotels.

So far people are booking into the Prem Inn (the one with this postcode PE19 8EN).

There is a Travelodge and another Prem in the area too.

Add your names here and I will put up a list from the first thread and update it on an irregular basis.

Come and have fun, come for the craic, come for the cake.

So ive just had a look at hotels and is anyone staying in the other nearby prem inn (colmworth park). Seems to be much more reasonably priced and only 0.2 miles difference, don't wanna be Billy no mates at the hotel though if everyone else is at the other one!

We did look at that one. Only a ten minute walk from the other. I'm sure if you end up back at the main hotel someone will escort you back.

Yeah kinda guessed it was only a matter of time before the price went up! Its 0.2 between the two hotels according to the prem inn website.

As long as when I get to sorting out taxis I know how many are where then you can all jiggle together in the taxi.
