Forum Social @ Xtasia West Brom

Circus theme night

The club opens at 8pm Saturday and runs until 3am

Club membership is required and you must bring 1 form of ID if your not already a member and you must be on the guest list to attend at the discounted prices (see below)

To sign up for membership please pre-apply online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) before the night. And no I.D, no entry!!

Special discounted pricing (only available to those on the list!) for the night:

Couples

Members £20. Non members £30 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £25 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Ladies

Members £10. Non members £20 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £15 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Guys

Members £10. Non members £35 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £22.50 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Please note: Being on the list does not overlook any bans/restrictions already put in place by the club so if in doubt please ask before hand to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

The list is now closed and no new names can be added. The list is now available to _iew below for people to PM me and confirm attendance/non-attendance and to check I have the right details to pass on to the club. Confirmations will be sent out once this is done with any info required for the night. If on a single profile and you do not have a ' +1' next to your name you will only get single entry price. If your name/+1 isn't on the list you don't get the reduced couples rate!!

For those driving to the club there is a large car park around the back of the club that they are permitted to use (to the right, not the little one on the left!)

There is no pressure to play for those just wishing to socialise, whilst for those that do there are plenty of rooms and areas available for play

Leave any nerves at the door as you won't be needing them once you're in - any newbies will happily been shown around to make sure you are happy with all the facilities. Feel free to chat to others who have been to the club before to put your mind at rest too!

It is a normal club night so the usual dress code still applies (see below) if you do not wish to join in with our Circus themed night

Club dress code:

Guys - Smart clothing. No ripped jeans, trainers, T-shirts or headwear. Entry may be refused

Ladies - As erotic and flirtatious as you dare. Changing areas have been provided, so bring along a choice of outfits if you wish

For those who are yet to book a hotel Xtasia do have a deal with the Prem Inn next door and also the Park Inn at a fixed rate of £49 on a Saturday night - please state that you will be attending Xtasia so that you will be allocated to the right floor and receive the rate. The Prem Inn, West Bromwich Central, is 50 yards from the clubs door. The Park Inn is about 1/2 mile away, right beside Junction 1 of the M5, and a local taxi service charges £3 for the trip to/from here. If you find it is cheaper online then please call them so they can put you with everyone else. To get the Xtasia rate you MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. If you book online you will pay the online price!

The club has kindly opened their doors to us all on a couples only night so best behaviour please by everyone - if anyone is found to be breaking club rules, causing a nuisance or generally acting out of line then the owners will ask you to leave

Only existing club members, and those named on the list will be allowed in the club on the night

Most FAQ's can be answered via the Club's website (link can be found in the club section of Fab)

Lets make this night as good as the other forum socials - if not better!!

Need to know basis

I know there has been posts on the hotel not having the Xtasia rate available. I called this morning and 6 days before the party they still cannot confirm it. They said to keep calling!!! I tried asking to speak to management without success...if Head Office does not put the rate on their screen they cannot confirm it.

Seems to be a catch 22. I'll be patient and try again nearer the time.

they have to put you through to management - if they do not give you the Xtasia rate say you want to put a complaint in and speak to the manager as the club has confirmed numerous times that the rate was agreed at the end of last year

Any more problems i'd suggest speaking to Paul (on the Xtasia profile) and telling him what they are saying

Does anyone know what profile Julie_the_wonder is using with M?

Found a couple of profiles but none have been logged on to for while so don't know which are being used anymore!

Currently sending out confirmations, so if you know you are on the list but haven't received a message from me by tonight can you let me know

(some people have filters etc - mine are currently all off so people can message me!)
