Forum Social @ Xtasia West Brom

Circus theme night

The club opens at 8pm Saturday and runs until 3am

Club membership is required and you must bring 1 form of ID if your not already a member and you must be on the guest list to receive the opportunity to attend at the discounted prices (see below)

To sign up for membership please pre-apply online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) for quicker entry on the night - no I.D, no entry!

Special discounted pricing (only available to those on the list!) for the night:

Couples

Members £20. Non members £30 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £25 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Ladies

Members £10. Non members £20 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £15 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Single Guys

Members £10. Non members £35 if planning on using the club again in the future with full membership. Non Members £22.50 as a one off visit if you live miles away

Please note: Being on the list does not overlook any bans/restrictions already put in place by the club so if in doubt please ask before hand to avoid disappointment and a wasted journey

To have your name added to the list you must either comment on the thread or PM myself directly as I am the one organising the list/doing the admin. If you don't you risk not being added!

The list will Close 22nd January 2014 so get your names down in plenty of time to avoid missing out!

The List will only be available too view on this date - at which point NO MORE NAMES WILL BE ADDED - for people to PM me and confirm attendance/non-attendance and to check I have the right details to pass on. Confirmations will be sent out after this with any info required for the night. If on a single profile and you do not have a ' +1' next to your name you will only get single entry price - so make sure I know of any potential +1's even if a non fab member. If your name/+1 isn't on the list you don't get the reduced rate!!

For those driving to the club there is a large car park around the back of the club that they are permitted to use (to the right, not the little one on the left!) Enough for a few hundred cars - so i'm sure there will be a space or two left!

There is no pressure to play for those just wishing to socialise, whilst for those that do there are plenty of rooms and areas available for play

Leave any nerves at the door as you won't be needing them once you're in - any newbies will happily been shown around to make sure you are happy with all the facilities. Feel free to chat to others who have been to the club before to put your mind at rest too!

It is a normal club night so the usual dress code still applies (see below) if you do not wish to join in with our Circus themed night

Club dress code:

Guys - Smart clothing. No ripped jeans, trainers, T-shirts or headwear. Entry may be refused

Ladies - As erotic and flirtatious as you dare. Changing areas have been provided, so bring along a choice of outfits if you wish

Xtasia do have a deal with the Premier Inn next door and also the Park Inn at a fixed rate of £49 on a Saturday night - please state that you will be attending Xtasia so that you will be allocated to the right floor. The Premier Inn, West Bromwich Central, is 50 yards from our front door. The Park Inn is about 1/2 mile from us, right beside Junction 1 of the M5, and our local taxi service charges £3 for the trip between us. As well as lovely rooms, you get full access to the health suite and leisure centre, during your stay. If booking in advance and find that the room is cheaper online then again please call them so they can put you with everyone else. To get the Xtasia rate you MUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECT to get this. If you book online you will pay the online price!

The club has kindly opened their doors to us all on a couples only night so best behaviour please by everyone - if anyone is found to be breaking club rules, causing a nuisance or generally acting out of line then the owners will ask you to leave

I have been informed by the Xtasia owners that only bona fide club members, and those named on my master list will be allowed in the club on the night - meaning if you are not a member and not on the list with a pre application ready, you wont be getting in on the night

Most FAQ's can be answered via the Club's website (link can be found in the club section of Fab)

Lets make this night as good as the other forum socials - if not better!!

Don't forget - Club membership is required if your not already a member!

If you have asked to be on the guest list you need to sign up for membership by applying online (see the Xtasia website found on their club page) BEFORE the day

The sooner you get it done, the better - I wouldn't want anyone being disappointed on the night!

Doesn't matter - you need to sign up for the membership via the website whether its a one off or years membership

The benefits of getting a full membership are free unlimited entries for a month after your first night, and every 5th visit is free too!

It is worth getting it if you are within a good distance from the club - we're a 2hour drive from it

I've always found that couples and single females talk to me at Xtasia and at socials in general and I'm hardly anyones type lol.

It does depend a lot on the attitude of the single males in question though.

But if anyone doesn't want to talk to me that's fine, it's their choice. There are plenty of people that will chat.

It might depend on why you were blocked. I chat to all sorts of people in a social situation but it doesn't necessarily mean I will want to then play with them or meet them one to one at another time.

As long as you don't walk up to them and ask why they blocked you I think you'll be safe. Don't overthink things. You are going to meet new people. Its a social, and so its a good way to show people what a great guy you are.

I just called the hotel about a room for the sat and sun (May go to Cameleons on the Sunday), they said the rate is not on the computer so they can't take bookings yet, has anyone else had the same reply?

We've had a few queries about this over the last couple of weeks. Double checked with Paul at the club and the deal is in place. I guess as with any business there will be staff 'not up to speed' with everything - but the previous advice has been to ask for the duty manager (nicely of course! Lol) and explain. There shouldn't be any problems - so long as there is still room availability - as the amount of business the hotel gets from the club is why there is a deal in the first place. There's no guarantee the 'xtasia floor' as it's known won't be full - but you can but ask!

A few people have said they've had that problem, even though Xtasia sorted the rate with the hotel last Nov/Dec. It just depends who you speak to when you phone up I think. I know for sure that the Xtasia rate has been sorted for this year though. If you try again and still don't have any joy, give Xtasia a ring and I'm sure Paul will sort it out for you.

You can always go back to Xtasia again on the Sunday if you just want a couple of minute walk lol.

Everyone on the list should have nametags, just to make it a bit easier to know who people are. Though some people won't want to wear them, or the tags might fall off, so not everyone will have.

There will of course be people there that are not there for the social, so the best thing to do is just chat to as many people as possible between playing

Name tags will be given on arrival as Lee said

Tours can be given to anyone new to the place and no doubt plenty of introductions will be done - also, whether you stick to your Fab usernames or use names is completely your choice

This is a no pressure social in every sense, if anyone has any issues/problems at any point staff (and ourselves!) will be around to help out

Its not so much about being on a 'special floor' because of a party - its for the hotel to avoid complaints from other guests (families and such) who may be staying due noise in rooms, people going in and out late at night etc and causing a disruption

Hence why they like to put anyone attending together
