Xtasia open for Bi Nights

Just a quick announcement. As from the 10th October we will be opening our doors on Thursday evenings for our new Bi-Nights.

Its taken a year for us to get around to fixing the Jacuzzi here, but its now done, and we feel it provides the catalyst to open more nights and afternoons. So, from 8pm to Midnight, every Thursday, we are open to Bi-Sexual and Bi-Sexual friendly members.

You must be, or become, a club member, details on our club web site found by just Googling "Xtasia", and then £10 per person entry.

If this works out well, then we'll consider extending the hours into the afternoon as well. This also replaces our Trans night and Swingles night.

So, Jacuzzi, sauna, cinema, dogging area, playrooms, lounge, dance and bar all open. Also providing lockers and towels. All we now need is you folks to join us. Feel free to add names below if thinking of coming along, just so we all know who to expect to see.

Yes of course, all we ask is that everyone is Bi friendly, so happy to have male-male and female-female sex going on around him, or her, whichever applies. No issue over not joining in etc, just need to be friendly about it.

We are loathed to open the Jacuzzi and sauna during Friday and Saturday nights, as all this will do is provide another area to disperse the crowd too, the club is already big enough, without loosing another 10 people into the tub.

The aim is to open at other times, and we currently have a vote going on, on the front page of our web site, getting opinions on when to open it.

Thursday Bi nights starts this week, the 10th. We also aim to open for normal swingers evening on Wednesdays from the 16th, 8pm to midnight. Once these two are working well, we aim to open afternoons as well, Saturday being key, and then others through the week.

We have also grabbed the opportunity to find more staff who we know will fit in with the community....they did historically, so no reason why they can't now, Bonus points available for the first person to work out who's back behind our bar!! and no, its not Jon or Mal, .

OK, back down to the bubbles room....I just can't keep away, lol.

It's a four hour round trip and due to babysitting issues the only nights we can ever get up are Fridays and Saturdays!

Quick question guys! Not quite understanding the logic of not using the tub at weekends!

Having another area of the club open will of course mean people use it - but whether they are in the tub, the attic, the playrooms, the bar - or anywhere else - there'll still be the same number of people in the building. So if you're not 'losing' them in the tub they'll no doubt me dispersed elsewhere! As its not good practice health wise to spend long periods in the bubbles - you'd also get a good turnover of people using it. As tubs are more of a social aspect to a club it's also good for getting people mingling. Add the fact that tubs aren't available at every club and rather than being a facility that just disperses the existing members it may tempt new attendees - good for the club, good for the members and good for the finances (given the costs to get the tub back up and running!)

Opening midweek may bring in a few more visitors - but those that work or have kids will struggle to attend during daytimes and fewer may visit on 'school nights'. The additional running costs may well be harder to cover via entrance fees. As most clubs are busier Fridays/Saturdays - and as you say - its a big venue - would the lure of the tub not be a bigger opportunity to boost weekend visitors and membership?

Just my 2p's worth but I'd be curious as to other members - as well as those contemplating a visit's thoughts?

I definitely agree with this, its been far too long since I've had chance to come back to Xtasia and one thing which would definitely tempt me as well as someone else I know to come sooner would be the Jacuzzi as it can be a big part of socializing throughout the night for us and unfortunately for me its near impossible for me to make it to your bi nights so I agree that I think it'd benefit it being open on a Friday/Saturday

Yea we now agree with the above. We were probably thinking about it too much as owners and a crowd spread out, rather than looking at is as customers, and giving everyone as much choice as possible.....so its wet area open Fri and Sat.

Just need to get our heads round drinks, lockers, towels, and all the other issues it gives us, lol....hey ho.

Good news!! I guess as a clothed club (as opposed to the likes of cupids/chams etc) you could opt to have a 'no clothes' policy around the tub - as they do at Eurekas. This ensures only those wanting to use it are in the area and removes any lurkers or gawpers. Eurekas also charges a £5 deposit for locker keys - which again means you have to actually want to use the tub in order to be able to strip off in the area and 'towel up!'. With a no clothes policy I don't imagine there'd be too many guys stripping in the bar and wandering around naked with their possesions left draped over a chair!

Yep, got roughly that mapped out already with a few signs....will monitor and see how we get on. Good start to the bi nights with a few in already. Will get open next week on weds as well for midweek swing, and then go from there!!
