New bar west mids

Hi fab community. Just putting the feelers out there!

Currently in the process of buying a bar……..

Is there a market for a bar in the west mids that is in the middle of chams and Xtasia that is good for meeting before you go to either club?

There will be a live dj etc and thought of being an ice breaker.

Taxis and Transport provided. Comment below of any pros and cons
