Small private house party in a lovely setting just outside of Exeter near Powderham Castle.

5th September 6pm-2am. Plenty of parking on site.

The event is open to sexy single guys aged 25-45, and all couples and ladies.

SINGLE MEN aged 25-45, must apply and be pre-approved. To apply, message on the fab profile of Sunriser with a clear selfie with a thumbs up if you are not known.

Please note:

* This is a pre-book only event and the hosts will not allow anyone to join the party that turns up on the day/evening without having pre-purchased a ticket by BACS.

* To ensure a fair ratio of men/ladies/couples, you may be put on a reserve list until a place becomes available

* The guestlist is at the sole discretion of the hosts.
