About the party:
Why "house party" and not just "social and swinger party"? Nowadays, adult parties are labelled, and with this, the participants of the party are also boxed in. But people are different, they have different interests. The "HouseParty" is an unlabelled party.
The party tries to create a house party atmosphere with facilities, good music, and vibe, only with some difference:
various games: break the ice,
indoor and outdoor facilities: when the people feel the time has come for fun,
pool: If they want a relaxed time and enjoy the sun,
BBQ: If they prefer a more conservative type of gathering,
music: for the good vibe,
selected and verified gents for greedy girls and hotwives or couples,
discounted tickets if you want to bring your friend(s)
and a lot more....

Party entrance from 2pm. Close is 3am,
Latest entry: 7:30pm
BBQ available: between 8pm and 10pm
Games session: 3pm – 5PM, 7pm - 8pm or as it requires
Music: from 8pm

FAQs:
Guests should arrive sensibly dressed due to neighbours. Men should be in smart trousers and shirts. Ladies dressed to impress.
Eureka Sunclub operates a licensed bar. (Forbidden to bring your own alcoholic drink into the area of the party). When you book your ticket “WITH MEALS”, 2 alcoholic or soft drinks are included in the ticket price
We will target a 50/50 split of men and women
We have zero tolerance for using or carrying any illegal drugs.
People arriving in a totally d*unken state will be refused entry.
Safe sex is paramount. Please bring your own condoms.
No means NO – if you feel uncomfortable or awkward, then stop. Swinging should be FUN, and nobody should feel pressured into doing anything. Our guests are respectful. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable or doesn’t seem to be taking a hint of a no, then inform the Organisers.
If people are playing openly, this does not give you permission to touch without consent.
Please keep your distance and wait until you’re invited. Swinging is consensual.
Please dispose of gum before entering the premises
Please ensure you do not get too d*unk. We will ask you to leave the premises if you are too d*unk.
If a room is locked, do not knock on the door or attempt to gain entry. This is common decency.
Excellent hygiene is paramount.
Please clean up after yourself. There are plenty of bins, paper tissue, and anti-bac spray in
rooms and throughout the building.
We have a “no mobile phone” policy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
Facilities: Eureka Sunclub is a private member club open from 11 am, 364 days of the year. Located in Kent, Eureka Sunclub certainly lives up to the reputation of residing in the garden of England with 23 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, fields and woodlands where you can relax and laze around the tranquil grounds, or take a stroll through the peaceful woods . There is free onsite parking, accommodation is available, a newly refurbished club with a large dance floor, licensed bar, and the rest areas. Also, a wet area featuring two 8 person Jacuzzi, sauna, and showers. Outside, there is a 60ft x 30ft swimming pool, huge sunbathing fields, and walkways through the wooded areas.

Catering:
Burgers and Sausages will be available at the party complimentary using the supplied tickets (2 drinks and 1 burger/sausage or equivalent)
BBQ will be operating between 8pm and 10PM. Food is available outside of this time from the kitchen or catering hut
Any allergies or special food requirements (vegan/ vegetarian) must be made available to RedSilkCord organisers up to 1 week in advance of the party
Two drinks will be included per person in the ticket price. A licensed bar is available for
further purchases
