London Clubs Help Please

Plenty of forum posts but I cannot find the answers to questions I have and the clubs websites don’t either!

I am in E16 London mid July on a Monday and Tuesday, are any clubs that I can get to by tube open? Are single guys allowed if so?

Do I need to be a member?
