The is located only 30 mins from Victoria and 10 mins walk from Sutton station in a large 5-bedroom Georgian house. The house comprises a large reception area, sitting room and kitchen/bar area for general socialising, plus 4 general ‘play’ rooms, a two-way mirror room and a well-equipped dungeon with throne, St Andrews Cross, cage, spanking horse, suspension ropes and much more
