What can we say, it has been a long time & we have missed you all  hopefully if nothing changes we will be re-opening Play on 25th & 26th June.

We have decided not to theme the opening weekend as the Club has been renovated and redecorated with a new sexy burlesque feel and we can't wait to show it off in it all its splendor on the opening weekend.
These are bring your own alcohol events, so please get your soft drinks from the bar only. To help with customer flow & getting everyone in faster we are allowing people to drop off their alcohol in the daytime & pay in advance, if you do this you will be fast-tracked for entry on the evening.
Please remember this a Provisional guest list meaning if the government changes the rules again & we can't open or have to open with restrictions we will not be held responsible.

If the government does decided we can't open we will transfer the guestlists for 25th & 26th to when ever they decided its safe & legal to open  at which point we would contact each person individually to see if they can attend the new dates.

when they finally do allow clubs to reopen it will be at reduced capacity to start with.
Its all bullshit now in a few weeks there will be another variant worse then this Delta one and then another one after that.
By Law the clubs will stay shut but people will Start to meet (continue) as people have now had enough.
If you had both Jabs and stay with people who have had same i can not see any problem.
I was going to be at Club Play 25th & 26th but did not book Accommodation as i new this would happen.
In 2 weeks they are to review this again so maybe i can book my Weekend in Blackpool.

" We can't talk for other clubs but after the Prime Ministers announcement tonight all our present club events are cancelled util at least Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th of July. We will make a decision around the 7th of July on a new opening date for the club. Everyone on the present guest lists will then be offered a place on the new guest lists first before we open any new lists again. We did give consideration just opening for socials only with the present rules in place but came to the conclusion it would not be cost effective with greatly reduced numbers. Another issue we can forsee is it would be near difficult if not near impossible to achieve a socail event with present social distancing rules and table service in a swingers club without someone breaking them. We will reopen the club it's now just a matter of time and when xxx | |||

We have decided to wait for the Prime Ministers next statement in a few week time before deciding if we can set a new opening date.
Hopefully we can open at the end of July but we have to be realistic about this and it maybe longer than July depending what happens next with the virus and what the government decides.
We have always been determined to re-open & that will remain our intention but we will only do that when it's legal and as safe as possible to do so.
Until then take care & look afer and be kind to each other xxx

" Hi Guys xxx We understand people get nervous and sometimes have a few drinks before they arrive at our club especially if they are new to the club scene or out around Blackpool. Our last entry is 1AM and officially our opening hours are 8pn till 3am but most people will tell you that we can be open as late as 4am - 6am sometimes depending on the night and how busy we are. People tend to arrive between 8pm & 10pm especially since we put the buffet out around 10.30pm - 11pm on a Saturday night but we do gets lots arriving around 11pm after a night on the town. The Club Play staff are very experienced at judging if people are merry or had to much drink and if they feel anyone is incapable of making sensible safe decisions in our club we do refuse entry or if inside already cut people off at the bar temporarily and offer free water or a coffee but this very, very rarely happens. Having a duty of care to our guests and others around them is very important to us and we have lots of staff and very good door men on busy nights and not a problem we experience very often. Like you say you probably are over thinking this and not something you should worry to much about xxx | |||

"We are coming over in September if this one actually goes ahead? Kin Boris.... When we come over we want to visit with never visiting a club before not sure how it works times wise? Now this may sound stupid. We're not night owls and obviously being a club is open until late would it be the normal if we came at opening but left around 10pm and then went for drinks elsewhere? The reason I ask is we are in Blackpool for a night out and want to meet couples and flirt on our night out but also would like a drink on our night out but don't want to end up rarther tipsy in a place were I would imagine most people are sober. Before you put us on the Ban list we are in no way d*unks we just like to socialise but with nerves we may get carried away earlier than normal with them couple of rushed couple 1st drinks I'm sounding like we have a drink problem but being our 1st time we are there to flirt and observe on our 1st visit and hopefully can make it a regular date after that. Or am I over thinking it ? Please everyone don't judge were novices at this. Hi Guys xxx We understand people get nervous and sometimes have a few drinks before they arrive at our club especially if they are new to the club scene or out around Blackpool. Our last entry is 1AM and officially our opening hours are 8pn till 3am but most people will tell you that we can be open as late as 4am - 6am sometimes depending on the night and how busy we are. People tend to arrive between 8pm & 10pm especially since we put the buffet out around 10.30pm - 11pm on a Saturday night but we do gets lots arriving around 11pm after a night on the town. The Club Play staff are very experienced at judging if people are merry or had to much drink and if they feel anyone is incapable of making sensible safe decisions in our club we do refuse entry or if inside already cut people off at the bar temporarily and offer free water or a coffee but this very, very rarely happens. We take a measured approach and have very good staff members that are very good at dealing with those situations if they happen xxx | |||

I’ve seen the staff take people to one side, get them away from the masses to cool down and have a cuppa and water. They really do look after you here. It’s why it’s my favourite club by far | |||
