When you say it was good your talking 10 15 YEARS ago it was fun when Tony and Sheila were hosting but Stefan is dia gone down hill that's prob why they took club off review section because of all the bad reviews .

Companies House only lists Ltd companies; not all clubs are Limited. It could be that someone else has taken over the business and are now a sold trader or sole trader partnership.

There's a guy up the thread who says it's open...maybe he could give some club info to help folk out if there isn't a website? Phone number, opening times etc...

But don't all "entertainment venues" need to be registered prior to trading?

If it closed as indicated by companies house surely all its permits would be lapsed and would need to be applied for prior to commence trading?

When looking to open a simple restaurant/wine bar it took months to get the paperwork and planning through in Bury.

No it depends on the council and if t he venue serves alcohol. I know some Greater Manchester councils don't require any special licences for clubs to operate, hence why there are so many in the region! Our council are super strict, but that's the Wirral Peninsula for you! hahaha x

Of course you can under a different directorship! So a new owner can set up as a sole trader using the old name and operate out of the same premises.

The same director couldn't open up as a Limited company under the same name x

As stated in dirtybabygirl98 profile we will be opening up more day and nights soon we just need to work on people knowing we are open now. I've noticed you write quite alot on all of these which you no nothing about the club yourself as I've been told myself you've never been to the club. Maybe you should come in and see what changes were slowly making and decide what you think of the new management. This isnt suppose to be who's better but that's how your making it out to be so please stop the bitchness and get on with your own life. So i will presume all the pigeon poo is now removed form the room behind the bar ??

The sound if the pigeons which coooo through the downstairs bathroom floor from where they roost under the archway where there are holes you can visibly see .

The wires that trail everywhere the Valentine's decoration s that have been up for last three years minimum .

The fact there's no running hot water in backroom behind bar where you wash up in cold water .

The tacky shower curtains of naked silhouettes, the beds in the rooms which are covered in foam dating back at bare minimum of 10 years with no mattress protectors so all bodily fluids just get soaked up like a sponge!!!!

The dungeon that s got dodgey swing in and a cross that s not even fixed.

The glory hole room which used to be a sauna no hot water in up stairs bathroom to wash hands the 1970 s portable tv s in bedrooms on walls NOT forgetting how dam cold it is , no your right iv never been in mate .give your head a wobble of course iv been in don't listen to what people say and take it as the truth things often appear very different .

I happen to like Sabrinarossy a lot and she has been nicest since having to put up with the blondecrackshell.

Your talking about the room behind the bar where staff is only allowed - so how would you no if there is pigeon poo.

I'm sorry we cant do anything about hearing them as we cannot remove them ourself so come and remove them if u want...

There is no wires that trail everywhere.

The valentines decorations was taking down after valentine's day... so that's wrong.

There may not be running hot water in the back room again behind the bar... but have you ever heard of a kettle... everything is washed in very hot water thanks.

If your not happy with the look of the shower curtains then dont look at them... we are gonna be changing them soon too btw.

The swing in the dungeon is perfectly fixed onto the ceiling...

The cross is for decorations... not for use

The glory hole is currently not in use... were changing it into a changing room.. yeah it might be cold but at least the rooms are warm and the lounge is always warm as the heater is on all time.

The hot water issue upstairs is going to be sorted soon as we can.

The shower upstairs is great as it's really hot ta.

Not denied the bird poo all over the back room where towels , peoples personal property and coats are hung and also where cups and glasses are washed with no hot running water and the smoking which takes place in the same area.

Appreciated guys for bumping this it's outrageous that every other club iv been to has basic hygiene requirements yet this club feels it's acceptable to not have running hot water for staff to wash hands and have appropriate washing facilities for their customers glasses and cups etc..

Only takes one bad club to tar all the excellent ones I can't understand how they can ask the same door fee with hardly any facilities as say for example cupids or town house which have fabulous venues and all singing all dancing facilities cleanliness costs nothing .

I would just like to add that we are addressing the hot water issue in the back room(staff room) but can reasure that all cups and glasses are washed in boiling hot water from the kettle until we have sorted the hot water issue

I have to say that I have not heard anything good about the place from anyone who has actually been there. It piques my curiosity,

If any of the issues mentioned above are true, then I think the new management needs to take it very seriously. Rather than be defensive, fix the issues.

Most concerning to me is the idea of absorbent mattresses. That is just grim. Every other club I've been to has wipeable vinyl surfaces.

Read the article about Corona Virus and clubs and club goers were seaming to edge on the side of caution ...well blimey washing pots in back room with kettle water splattered shelving and walls with bird poo and smoking of cigrettes thats got to put your mind at ease
